Yoga and Body Movement Sessions for Secondary Students

Our Student Trustees invite our Secondary Students to join a virtual 3-part series of body movement and yoga with instructor Sarah Schwartzentruber. Sarah will offer an hour to relax, learn more about wellness and self- compassion.
Sessions will take place on the following evenings from 4:30pm-5:30pm.

No previous yoga experience is required, all are welcome!
